Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you. We use this information for the purposes of providing accountancy and related services, and to maintain our records.

If there is a need to take personal data via physical documents, these will be stored in a locked safe at our registered office address until they have been converted to electronic form. At this point, they will either be returned to you or securely destroyed.
